The driver will receive ticket details by SMS, and your electronic Proof of Collection (ePOC) will be available in our Hub platform within 15 minutes.

What's changing?
We are replacing printed weighbridge tickets with:
- Text messages sent directly to the driver at weigh out, containing all your ticket details
- Electronic Proof of Collection (ePOC) are available within the Hub platform
- No paper tickets will be issued at the weighbridge
- Cash sale customers will receive an email with their Electronic Proof of Collection (ePOC)
This supports quicker collections, reduces missing paperwork and helps us cut paper waste across the supply chain.

What you need to do
Drivers and hauliers
• Provide your mobile number when you arrive at the weighbridge
• Confirm receipt of your confirmation SMS at weigh out
• Continue with your delivery
Customers
- Make sure your teams have access to the Hub platform
- Use the ticket details from SMS/ePOC for any downstream documents you produce
- Update internal processes to remove reliance on paper tickets
- Cash sales customers MUST provide their email address to receive the ePOC via email
