  3. Tax Compliance: Preparing tax returns in line with key deadlines, ensuring accuracy and understanding.
  4. Business Partnering: Collaborates with finance and operational teams to understand financial impacts and drive performance improvements.
  5. Controls and Risk Management: Ensures adherence to financial regulations, external audit and internal controls, helping to manage financial risks.

Senior Management Accountant

  1. Strategic Financial Analysis: Provides high-level financial insights and analysis to support in decision-making.
  2. Business Partnering: Collaborates with department heads and operational teams to understand financial impacts and drive performance improvements.
  3. Managing Reporting Cycles: Ensures timely and accurate delivery of management reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
  4. Improving Financial Systems and Processes: Identifies opportunities to enhance reporting tools, streamline workflows, and improve data quality.
  5. Mentoring and Team Development: Supports junior team members through coaching, training, and reviewing their work to build capability within the finance function.
