What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Keep us moving: Manage the day-to-day administration of company vehicles, including allocation, maintenance scheduling, and renewals.
  • Fuel the operation: Oversee fuel card distribution and usage, ensuring accurate records and reporting.
  • Support our people: Be the first point of contact for vehicle-related queries—whether it’s about insurance, servicing, or driver responsibilities.
  • Stay compliant: Help ensure adherence to company policies, insurance requirements, and legal obligations like MOTs, tax, and licensing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with HR, Finance, and Procurement to align vehicle data with employee records, contracts, and budgets.
  • Own the details: Maintain accurate logs, contracts, and documentation to support audits and reporting.
  • Champion improvement: Embrace new systems and processes that make fleet management smarter and more efficient.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in fleet or vehicle administration, ideally in a multi-vehicle environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • A customer-first mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Confidence working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams.
