  • Maintaining Records: Keep track of communication history and payment status for assigned accounts.
  • Basic Reporting: Help prepare simple reports on outstanding balances or daily collection activity.
  • Learning Company Procedures: Understand and follow internal processes for collections, customer service, and data handling.
