What you'll do:

  • Process orders accurately and coordinate deliveries.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide expert product recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales performance.
  • Collaborate with field sales, logistics, and operations teams.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

What we're looking for:

  • Sales-driven with a proactive approach to generating business.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Confidence in using IT systems in particular CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Problem-solving skills and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of ready-mix concrete products (preferred but not essential).
