Heidelberg Materials UK team connected newsletter - competition terms and conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

  • The competition is open to Heidelberg Materials UK employees and their immediate families only.
  • Prize is: £50 Amazon voucher, per newsletter competition (one prize per newsletter)
  • Heidelberg Materials UK reserves the right to split the prize if there is no clear winner and the organiser's decision is final.
  • The competition will change per each newsletter edition – format detailed in each newsletter
  • The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
  • The draw will be made on the day prior to the release of the following newsletter.
  • The winner will be notified by telephone or email within a week.
  • Voucher will be sent digitally by email.
  • If prizes are unclaimed or declined within a month of the draw, supplementary winner(s) may be drawn at Heidelberg Materials UK's discretion and notified by telephone or email.
  • Heidelberg Materials UK will not be responsible for any inability of the prize winner(s) to take up the specified prize.
  • Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered.
  • The prizes are not transferable.
  • Heidelberg Materials UK may promote the winners’ entry in various media formats
  • Ownership of the entry (images) will be assigned to Heidelberg Materials UK on submission of entry
  • The judges’ decision is final and Heidelberg Materials UK are under no obligation to use any submitted entries.
  • Entries must include a name and a contact email and phone number.
  • In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, Heidelberg Materials UK reserves the right to end or suspend the competition; amend these terms & conditions; declare void the notification of winners; and/or to allocate available prizes by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated winners.
  • Heidelberg Materials UK accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documents related to the prize.
  • Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
  • The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms & conditions of this draw, and in the event of a conflict, these terms & conditions take precedence.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid. 

Heidelberg Materials UK's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This promotion is governed by English Law.
