Information on how to enter the Customer Reward Scheme and the actual gifts form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entries must comply with these terms and conditions in all respects in order to be valid.

Customer Reward Scheme Details

Promoter

  • The Promoter is Hanson Quarry Products Europe Limited (company number 00300002) trading as Heidelberg Materials of Second Floor, Arena Court, Crown Lane, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 8QZ (“Heidelberg Materials”).

Eligibility

  • Participation in the Customer Reward Scheme is open to individuals aged eighteen (18) or over resident in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) who are duly authorised by their employer to place orders on a valid HConnect (OnSite) account (“Customer”).
  • Any and all employees, staff or other personnel of the Promoter and their immediate families, and any related entities and any agencies or other third parties associated with the Customer Reward Scheme are excluded from the Customer Reward Scheme and shall be ineligible.

How to Qualify

  • To qualify for a £5 (FIVE GREAT BRITISH POUNDS) Greggs voucher as part of the Customer Reward Scheme, each Customer must, during the Promotional Period (as stipulated below), place at least five (5) completed/delivered orders via the OnSite and/or Hub platform (orders placed and then subsequently cancelled do not count), and such orders may be delivered after the Promotional Period provided they are placed within the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Orders”).

Limitations

  • Heidelberg Materials reserves the right to limit the number of vouchers a Customer may earn during the promotion.
  • The promotion may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.

Promotional Period

  • The Customer Reward Scheme commences at 00:01 GMT on 01/11/2025 and will run until 30th November 2025 (“Promotional Period”).

Voucher Details

  • Customers will receive one (1) Greggs voucher worth £5 for every five (5) Qualifying Orders placed via OnSite during the Promotional Period and which are subsequently delivered to the Customer.
  • Vouchers are redeemable in any participating Greggs store .
  • Once issued, any issues with voucher redemption must be resolved directly with Greggs.
  • Customers shall be solely responsible for any tax liability arising out of the award or receipt of a gift and the Promoter shall have no liability whatsoever in this regard.

Voucher Delivery

  • Vouchers are issued as digital codes via SMS using the mobile number registered to the Customer’s HConnect account.
  • Vouchers are issued weekly, on Mondays commencing Monday 10th November, for 5 Qualifying orders delivered prior to such Monday but excluding any Qualifying Orders in respect of which a Greggs voucher has already been awarded (Monday 00:01 to Sunday 23:59).
  • If within 5 Business Days following the relevant Monday the Promoter has been unable to establish who from the Customer has placed the particular Qualifying Orders then any applicable vouchers will be forfeited.

Compliance Responsibility

  • It is the responsibility of each Customer to ensure that accepting a voucher is permitted under their own organisation’s internal compliance rules and regulations.
  • Heidelberg Materials accepts no liability for any breach of internal rules or regulations resulting from participation in the Customer Reward Scheme.

Further details

The additional terms and conditions set out below at conditions 1 – 14 (inclusive) shall apply to the Customer Reward Scheme.

  1. All ancillary costs incurred as a consequence of receiving a gift are the sole responsibility of the Customer who has qualified for a gift.
  2. Gifts are not transferable, not exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash. There is no cash alternative (in whole or in part) to any gift. Gifts may not, without the prior written consent of the Promoter, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a gift is sold or used in breach of this condition, the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, withdraw the gift(s). Where a gift has been withdrawn in accordance with this condition 2, no refund, substitute or compensation will be offered.
  3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry for any reason or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including site / software failure, security breaches, theft or destruction, any cause beyond the Promoter’s control, or unauthorised access to or alteration of the Customer Reward Scheme. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Customer Reward Scheme. Further, the Promoter at its sole discretion may recommence the Customer Reward Scheme under the same conditions.
  4. If any gift becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a gift of equal or greater value.
  5. Greggs plc (UK) is not a sponsor of or otherwise affiliated with the Customer Reward Scheme. No association is to be implied by the Customer Reward Scheme, any of the gifts or any arrangements in relation to fulfilment of any of the gifts between the Promoter and Greggs.
  6. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the award of gifts is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award gifts to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  8. If an entrant’s contact details change at any time between the date which they enter the Customer Reward Scheme and the end of the Promotional Period, that entrant must notify the Promoter of their updated and correct contact details immediately via email at hconnect@uk.heidelbergmaterials.com.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in the Customer Reward Scheme. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, is in breach of these conditions, provides entries that are offensive or otherwise inappropriate in the sole opinion of the Promoter, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of the Customer Reward Scheme, or who has engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Customer Reward Scheme. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
  10. Entries remain the property of the Promoter. Details from entries (including the personal information of the entrant) will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting the Customer Reward Scheme (which may include disclosure to applicable third parties, the Promoter’s related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors for the purpose of processing and conducting the Customer Reward Scheme). Any personal data supplied by entrants during the course of the Customer Reward Scheme will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy displayed at https://www.heidelbergmaterials.co.uk/en/privacy-policy. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information by contacting the Promoter via email at hconnect@uk.heidelbergmaterials.com.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Customer Reward Scheme where it becomes necessary to do so.
  12. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances whatsoever be responsible or liable to compensate Customers or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the gifts except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  13. These terms and conditions and the Customer Reward Scheme is governed by English law. If any entrants to the Customer Reward Scheme wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England and Wales.
